Definitions
- Place2Be: Refers to the online travel platform, including its related services and functionalities.
- Travel Advisor: Denotes a travel industry professional collaborating with Place2Be to provide design and organization services for unique travel experiences.
1. Object
Through this agreement, Place2Be undertakes to promote the Travel Advisor through its online
channels.
2. Place2Be Obligations
Place2Be commits to providing services in full compliance with applicable legal provisions, using only legally provided tools, and employing all necessary means for the proper execution of the activities under this contract in accordance with its terms and conditions.
3. Travel Advisor's Obligations
Under this agreement, the Travel Advisor commits to conducting activities professionally and
diligently. They agree to provide Place2Be with stay, activity, and experience proposals aligning with customer preferences, presented in the form of a travel itinerary proposal. The Travel Advisor also consents to the use of their image and information provided to Place2Be for promotional purposes through the company's online channels.
4. Acceptance of Terms
The Travel Advisor agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon joining the Place2Be
community.
5. Performance Procedures
- Place2Be undertakes to inform the Travel Advisor of any requests received through its channels addressed to the Travel Advisor.
- The Travel Advisor agrees to inform Place2Be of any autonomously received requests for which they intend to use Place2Be's services.
- The Travel Advisor commits to providing high-quality services and adhering to Place2Be's standards to ensure a positive experience for platform users.
6. Travel Advisors Responsibilities
- The Travel Advisor is responsible for managing pending reservations correctly, ensuring timely communication of any changes or cancellations to interested users.
- b. Place2Be reserves the right to request from the Travel Advisor the documentation and information necessary for the proper closure of pending reservations.
7. Duration and Termination
- The agreement between Place2Be and the Travel Advisor, as per these Terms, remains in force until terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms.
- Both parties have the right to terminate at any time and for any reason. The Travel Advisor can terminate by sending an email to Place2Be.
Place2Be can terminate this agreement for any reason with a 30-day notice via email or through other contact information provided by the user for their account. Termination becomes effective from the date of receipt of the termination notice.
8. Effects of termination
In case of termination, the Travel Advisor agrees to manage all pending reservations, providing
assistance and necessary information to ensure their completion.
If the Travel Advisor decides to terminate this agreement, they will be entitled to all amounts of
commissions due to them related to bookings made by customers until the date of the resolution notice.
If Place2Be decides to terminate this agreement, it will recognize to the Travel Advisor all amounts of commissions due to them related to bookings made by customers until the date of the resolution notice.
9. Changes to terms and conditions
Place2Be reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The Travel Advisor will be
informed of the changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification implies acceptance of the changes made.
10. Commission sharing
- Place2Be adopts a commission sharing model where Travel Advisors receive 70% of each commission generated from bookings made through their travel design.
- Place2Be retains a 30% percentage as the Host Agency, contributing to the continuous support of the platform and its services.
- After surpassing €250,000.00 in commission-generating bookings, the commission sharing is automatically updated to 80% for the Travel Advisor and 20% for Place2Be.
11. Commission payment
- Travel Advisors receive their commission upon the completion of the customer's trip.
- Payment is made based on the agreed percentage and is calculated on the total cost of the commissionable rates.
12. Benefits for Travel Advisors
- Travel Advisors have the opportunity to book their own trips through Place2Be and earn commissions based on commissionable rates.
- Travel Advisors may benefit from additional advantages in terms of discounts, special promotions, and other opportunities offered by Place2Be.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
- Place2Be S.r.l. is the sole and exclusive owner of the service, as well as any intellectual or industrial property rights connected to the service offered.
- Place2Be S.r.l guarantees being the exclusive owner of all rights arising from the online platform and being its sole operator.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian State. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Travel Advisor confirms having read, understood, and accepted the commission sharing policy and the provisions related to the offered benefits.
