Located on the Appia Antica, within 11,000 acres of archaeological parkland, and a short distance from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, Villa Romana is set within lush vegetation that includes a garden of holm oaks, palms, cedars, magnolias, oleanders, and maritime pines.

A double living room with fireplace and garden view provides the perfect place to relax at any time and is tastefully furnished with rich colorful fabrics, eclectic ornaments and very beautiful paintings.
An incredible dining room provides the perfect venue for more formal dinners, and the double professional kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want.
There is also a private library filled with a wonderful array of books and numerous access points to the garden, patio, and charming outdoor dining spots.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor and the stunning presidential suite, which enjoys its own private terracotta terrace overlooking the garden and space to dine in total privacy and relax in the sun.
On this floor there are two more double suites and a single bedroom with bathroom, all with the highest level of comfort, space and luxury. Nothing was overlooked, and even the smallest detail was taken into consideration: the fabrics, the colors, the tiles, the quality of the bathrooms and the linens.

Villa Romana really has everything you could want, including a gym and SPA area with a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi whirlpool that can be accessed from the pool area, while the basement has a home theater for watching movies, perhaps accompanied by a glass of wine taken from the wine cellar next door.
The extremely well-equipped, comfortable and spacious office is located in a separate building in front of the main villa and is ideal for those guests who need to work while on vacation or in case the villa is rented for a long term.

Outside, there is a wide variety of places to dine to choose from, whether poolside, outside the living room or the romantic spot at the top of the garden on a small hill near which is the private chapel. The pool is designed in the traditional Roman style and heated.
