Dating back to the 15th century, a truly remarkable and elegant Renaissance villa located on the spectacular hills of Florence, a stone’s throw from the city.
The villa is located at the end of a cypress tree-lined avenue on the southern hills of Florence and immersed in the beautiful countryside surrounding the famous city.

Its location, just ten minutes drive from the city, but offering all the benefits, comfort and beauty of a refined country residence, is one of its truly unique points. It is undoubtedly the closest villa to Florence in terms of villas of its stature.

The layout of the villa is typical of Renaissance aristocratic villas. It centers around a paved courtyard surrounded by formal gardens and set in a productive agricultural landscape. The villa measures 1,000 square meters and can accommodate up to fourteen people in seven bedrooms.
The villa is located in an eleven hectare park surrounded by a typical Tuscan landscape of olive groves and picturesque hills. Beyond the olive grove is a lake that supplies water to the property’s wildlife and gardens.

Given the size of the park, there are a number of landing spots appropriate for guests arriving by helicopter. The villa is surrounded by two beautiful and peaceful gardens. On one side is the Porcinai Garden which contains the swimming pool, named after the famous landscape architect and gardener Pietro Porcinai.On the other side of the villa is the cedar garden, named after the 300-year-old cedar of Lebanon that forms the centerpiece of the garden.
The villa is fully equipped offering guests the​​ maximum comfort during their stay.
 

The accommodation :
The villa has 7 double bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
The ground floor, entirely decorated with frescoes, is composed of the grand entrance, blue living room, sitting room, study, ballroom which is one of the oldest rooms in the villa, dining room with seating for up to 20 guests and a bedroom with private bathroom.

The first floor comprises 5 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a twin bedroom which is equipped with a kitchenette and its own bathroom.
The entire lower floor maintains its original fifteenth-century appearance. The fully equipped kitchen is open, spacious, bright and features a traditional Tuscan fireplace and bread oven. Next to the kitchen is the breakfast room.

• Security deposit: € 10,000 per week for groups of 10 or more, € 5,000 per week for groups of 10 or less.
